Terms & Conditions
1. About us
Aura Hair (aurahair.ie), Ireland. Email info@aurahair.ie.
These terms apply to every order placed on aurahair.ie. Please read them, with our Returns & Exchanges and Privacy Policy, before you order.
2. Our products
Our extensions are made from natural hair, so colour, texture and length can vary slightly from batch to batch and from what you see on screen. Our shade-match service is guidance only, given in good faith from the photo you send.
Keratin bonds, nano rings and tape-ins should be fitted and removed by a trained stylist. Clip-ins are designed to be fitted at home.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.
If we list a product at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch, and that is when the contract is made. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Ireland. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
6. Cancelling and returns
You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Hair extensions can only be returned unopened and in their sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by these terms. If an item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return postage.
8. Trade accounts
Salon and stylist trade accounts are for business purchases and are covered by separate trade terms, sent when your account is approved.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for results of fitting, colouring or treatment carried out by a third party. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Your information
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. We only send marketing emails to customers who have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@aurahair.ie. If we cannot resolve it, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) has information about your rights, and you can bring a claim in the Irish courts, including the Small Claims procedure.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
