Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.
- Hair extensions can only be returned if they are unopened and still in their original sealed packaging. Hair is sealed for hygiene reasons, so once the seal is broken it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
- Accessories can be returned unused and in their original packaging.
To cancel, email info@aurahair.ie with your order number within the 14 days, or use the cancellation form below. Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
You pay the cost of returning items you have changed your mind about. We recommend a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
Your refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof you have sent them). The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid, and goes back to your original payment method.
If the items come back used, opened or damaged, we may reduce the refund or, for unsealed hair, decline it.
Exchanges
Wrong shade or length? If the hair is unopened and sealed, return it as above and place a new order, or email us and we will arrange the swap. Not sure of your shade? Send us a photo in daylight before you order and we will help you match it.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email info@aurahair.ie with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it and cover the return postage. Please check your hair before it is fitted, coloured or cut, as it is much harder to assess a fault afterwards. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Email info@aurahair.ie with your order number and we will send you the returns address. Please include your order number inside the parcel.
